Vaccine Notices of Liability
Educators, Employers, and Elected Officials are not medical professionals and, therefore, they are
unlawfully practising medicine by prescribing, recommending, and/or using coercion to insist that anyone must submit to the experimental medical treatment for Covid-19, namely being injected with one of the experimental gene therapies commonly referred to as a “vaccine”.
Protect your right, and that of your child, to bodily autonomy and informed consent by signing and delivering one of the following Vaccine Notices of Liability:
Physician’s Warranty of Vaccine Safety Form
Your doctor should be willing to provide you with his or her personal declaration of the safety and efficacy of the vaccines he or she (or attending physician or nurse) is about to inject in your or your child’s body. Effectively, this form becomes your doctor’s warranty that the risk factors he or she has identified justify the recommended vaccinations with the benefits exceeding the risks.
Human Rights Complaints
In response to the emergency measures and the unprecedented increase in human rights violations, Action4Canada has created the following resource page to file human rights complaints by province/territory. If your human rights are being violated than we encourage you to file a complaint with your Provincial Human Rights Commission.
Complaints Against Law Enforcement
If Law Enforcement are surveillance, harassing, interfering with, or violating the individual civil rights of citizens, which are guaranteed under the Constitution, Charter of Rights, Bill of Rights, etc. …. Then you have a duty and a responsibility to file a complaint.
Unfortunately, there are many RCMP and Municipal Police who are following orders without an understanding of the law, the Orders, or individual rights and freedoms. Therefore, it is up to the citizens of this nation to take action to ensure our Constitutional Rights and Freedoms and the Rule of Law are upheld and protected. Take action with Action4Canada.

A Guide for Students Seeking Residence Vaccine Exemptions
Currently in Canada, COVID-19 vaccines are not mandatory. While the government does have
the power to mandate vaccines in specific circumstances (such as a pandemic), it has not done
so, and has relied on a fully voluntary vaccination campaign so far.
However, a small number of post-secondary schools have decided to mandate COVID-19 vaccines for residents. Download guide for students.
Canadian Rights and Freedoms
The Federal Emergency Act preamble
states clearly that emergency orders cannot, and do not, supersede the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights:
AND WHEREAS the Governor in Council, in taking such special temporary measures, would be subject to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights and must
have regard to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, particularly with respect to those fundamental rights that are not to be limited or abridged even in a national emergency;
